Portal Service Agent

Overview

An automated job portal synchronization system built for Recruiting-Now.de. It scrapes client career websites, computes inventory deltas, and publishes job listings across multiple regional job portals.

It is connected to an internal AI operations platform deployed on a VPS, so the client's Customer Success team can trigger and monitor sync runs through a conversational interface.

What I Built

• Two-agent pipeline in Python and Playwright: one agent handles scraping and matching, the other executes portal actions
• Delta computation between career-site inventory and live portal listings
• Slack integration for delta review and approval workflows
• Conversational triggering and monitoring of sync runs for non-technical staff
